Leader in research in hospitality and facility

NHTV's Academy of Hotel and Facility Management is The Netherlands' leader in conceptual and applied research in the hospitality and facility fields.

Between 2006 and 2010 our staff published widely in academic and professional journals and books, around 100 items in total. Our research is informed by industry relevance in an international context. We specialise in research into:

• sustainability
• creativity and innovation
• financial aspects of hospitality management (including corporate governance and revenue management)
• customer relationship management
• operations management, with an emphasis on self-service technologies

A key aspect of our activities is co-operation with the work field to ensure the relevance of research to both the external world and the education of our students.
