This academic programme blends knowledge of Business Administration (Marketing, Economics, Innovation, Organisation) with Social Sciences knowledge (Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology of Leisure), giving you a broader basis of understanding of Leisure. Besides a broad knowledge base, in-depth instruction in research techniques and theoretical models is part of the education. You will be working in small groups as well as independently and will learn to apply your knowledge in cases, assignments, tasks and roles which are typical of an academic profession. The study programme is characterised by a personal approach to students, in an academic setting all students have to develop their talents to the full. | This programme is highly varied and focuses on the different aspects of facility management. Professionalism and courtesy, interpersonal skills and technological expertise are important qualities you need to obtain. The programme covers three groups of clients; the internal client, the visitor/guest and the supplier. According to your individual interests you can pursue a career in organisations as diverse as hospitals, airports, hotels and all sorts of international companies. You will become a self-confident key figure behind the scenes. |
