Interviews Open Days

The whole ambiance

'I like the whole ambiance. My opinion is that the people in Holland are very friendly and helpful. For me it’s very important to study in another country. I consider this as a new episode in my life in a new environment with new people and new experiences!'

Everything is fresh and new

'I really like the modern and clean building of your Hotel school. The atmosphere here really suits me. I don’t like old schools so I’m really happy everything here is so fresh and new.'

I'm not technical, you know

‘Yes, I’m interested in the International Game Architecture and Design programme. I’m from El Salvador, but I live in The Hague one year now. I really like to start at NHTV next year. My brother has started last September. He studies Programming. I like Designing much more! I’m not that technical, you know. But I like computer games very much. When I’m playing a game, I always think: Yeah, I want to design that!’

Karla Varela from El Salvador

Very nice people

‘I found NHTV at the Internet. I’m interested in sports and I want to specialise in Sports Management at the Academy for Leisure. I think the Netherlands are a very friendly country. People are open and direct. I like that! So far, Breda is one of the nicest cities I’ve seen in the Netherlands. I’ve been to Venlo too, to learn about their Marketing programmes, but it’s obviously my second choice! I met very nice people here!’

Tim Kuhfittig from Osterode (Germany)

The lectures were really nice

'The best thing about the open day of the International Logistics and Economics programme was that the lectures were really nice. And there was the possibility to have contact with students.'

Jana from Germany

Breda is cute!

‘A friend of mine is interested in the International Media and Entertainment Management programme. I visited a presentation of the International Tourism Management programme. The ITTI programme (International Tourism and Travel Industry, ed.) really appeals to me. We have plans to come to Breda together next year. I think Breda is cute! I loved the first sight of the city centre with all the little cafés, pavement cafés and narrow alleys. Yesterday evening we had diner at a little Italian restaurant. It was very nice with music everywhere in the streets. I really enjoyed it!’

Carolin from Rüsselheim (Germany)
