International Office

The International Office is a home away from home for international students and for NHTV students the gateway to the world.

What can you expect?

The International Office has six main tasks:

• Admission: credential evaluation of prospective students for the various NHTV programmes.
• International Student Support: provide practical information on how to prepare your arrival and stay in The Netherlands for exchange, bachelor and master students. For example, information about municipality matters, working, finances, living costs, insurance and housing.
• Exchange & Double Degree Programmes: assist incoming and outgoing students before, during and after an exchange period.
• Immigration procedures: assist students with their visa and residence permit applications.
• Scholarship: provide prospective students and NHTV students with information on scholarships and assist them with applications for scholarships.
• International Crisis Management: ensure the safety of our international students in the Netherlands and the safety of our students abroad.
