Orientation days
Would you like to get a taste of what it's like to study at NHTV? Then join in one of our Orientation Days! During an Orientation Day, you will be guided by current students of the faculties and you will experience a sample lecture. During the sample lecture, you will discover which skills you need to act as a team-playing manager. If you dare, you may present the results of this project in front of the others in your class! Some 25-30 prospective students participate in each Orientation Day.
For whom are the Orientation Days intended?
- For pupils in their last year of secondary education
- For students in higher education who want to switch to NHTV
- For (Dutch) mbo students in their last year (we organise special days for Dutch mbo students toerisme en recreatie, level 4)
- For people who already visited one of NHTV's Open Days
Please note that Orientation Days are not intended for parents. If your parents want to visit our premises and/or talk to our staff or our students, they are very welcome at an Open Day or Open Evening.
Dates
Each department organises its own orientation days, which means you have to make your choice for a specific programme in advance. As International Leisure Management and International Tourism Management have a joint first year, there will be 1 Orientation Day, focussing on both programmes at the same time.
