How do I know if an item I reserved has become available?: The moment when a book becomes available to you, you will be informed about this by e-mail. Remember to collect your book from the right location!

How can I reserve a book?: Books can only be reserved if they are out on loan. In the Catalogue, you will then have the option to reserve the book. You can do so with your smartcard number and password (first three letters of your last name).
