Unique collaboration between VisitBrabant, NHTV Breda and Efteling

How do you get families from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium to visit Noord-Brabant both longer as well as more often? To address this challenge, VisitBrabant asked NHTV Breda to develop a storyline together with Efteling.

The story of Noord-Brabant as a family destination

The aim is to increase the number of short-stay visits of families to the province of Brabant. On one hand by developing a powerful positioning that appeals to families, on the other hand by inspiring entrepreneurs in Brabant to connect their products and services to be part of this storyline.

Students and researchers of NHTV Breda are carrying out a target group analysis, benchmark study and  expert interviews, among other things. Based on their research, a concept and implementation plan will be developed in close cooperation with Efteling and VisitBrabant.

Other important leisure partners, such as the Beekse Bergen, will also be closely involved in the development of the concept. The storyline will be presented in June 2018.
