At NHTV we regard applications primarily as a means of becoming acquainted with each other and when a mutual click exists, staying in touch and either entering into cooperation immediately or on the long term. To facilitate this, the application process at NHTV starts with an online application via the vacancy page on our website.

In our system, your online application will be automatically linked to the vacancy for which you have applied, so that the person posting the vacancy can directly access your information. This speeds up the application process considerably and you can be assured that the application will reach the right person on time.

Once the deadline has been reached, all applications will be evaluated and feedback will be given. If another candidate is favoured instead of you, you will be sent a message with your own log-in name and log-in code. You can find out what you can use this for in the section ‘Talent Pool’. Naturally you can always enquire about the reasons that you have not been invited for an interview. You can do this by sending an e-mail to, stating the title of the vacancy.

If you are invited for a first interview, then in principle another two interviews will follow: a second application interview and an appointment interview. You will receive the invitation for an interview via e-mail. By clicking on the link which is included in this e-mail, you can indicate directly whether you will accept this invitation or you can request that you be contacted in order to plan an alternative date.
