When you first enter the programme, you choose one of the study paths. In the selection interview you will present a portfolio to support your strengths in the chosen path. During the second year you can switch paths to become a ‘general developer’ with mixed skills, or you can remain in your specialisation for the remaining projects. General developers are most common in small teams of ‘indie’ game developers, whereas specialists will usually focus on the larger game development companies.
