If you do not meet the admission requirements but you are aged 21 or over, you may appeal to the 21+ arrangement. You have to be at least 21 when the programme starts. Based on an assessment, we will determine whether or not you are qualified for admission.
The assessment consists of:
1. Compiling a portfolio
2. A capability / motivation test
3. An interview
A portfolio serves to demonstrate your potential. You describe your education, work experience and any additional information that has been important in your choice for this particular programme. The portfolio will be discussed in the interview.
Capability / motivation test
You will do a computer-based test (about 2 hours). This test measures your mathematical and linguistic skills as well as your spatial aptitude. Its outcome wille help us determine whether you are able to handle the academic demands of a study programme at higher professional education level. What’s more, your motivation in choosing this programme is dealt with extensively. The test results will be discussed in the interview.
Your portfolio and test results will be discussed during the interview. This is your opportunity to talk about your choices and motivation.
During the interview, be prepared to discuss / demonstrate:
- that you have thoroughly informed yourself of this programme and that you have made a well-considered choice;
- your motivation;
- why you think you will be able to complete the programme successfully even though you don’t have the requested qualifications.
Costs for an assessment are € 89.
